Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Delivery – Wall-it

 

1. General

These terms and conditions of purchase and delivery apply when you, as a customer, purchase products from Wall-it via our website or other sales channels. The version of the terms published at the time of your purchase applies.

We recommend that you keep your proof of purchase, such as a digital receipt or order confirmation, for use when contacting customer service, making a complaint, or returning a product.

These terms also apply to business customers where applicable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in SEK including Swedish VAT (25%), unless otherwise stated.

Payment is made in SEK. Any currency exchange fees or bank charges imposed by the bank or payment provider are borne by the customer.

Wall-it reserves the right to correct any pricing or information errors and for final sales or discontinued products.

 

4. Delivery

Wall-it delivers to the following countries:
Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Ireland.

Delivery time and shipping costs are always stated at checkout before the purchase is completed.

Normal delivery times:
Sweden: 5–10 business days
Other countries: 10–15 business days

The risk for the goods transfers to the customer once the goods have been handed over to the carrier, insofar as this is compatible with mandatory consumer protection legislation.

 

5. Order Cancellation

Cancellation of a paid order can be made via the function “Track and manage my order” on the website, provided that order processing has not yet begun.

If picking or delivery has started, the order cannot be cancelled and must instead be returned in accordance with the returns section. In such cases, a handling fee of SEK 49 may apply.

 

6. Warranties and Liability

Wall-it does not provide any separate product warranty. The right to complain under applicable consumer legislation applies.

Wall-it is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as force majeure events (e.g. governmental actions, strikes, extreme weather conditions or technical disruptions).

 

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns (Consumers)

 

7.1 Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the goods, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Wall-it by email or by using our withdrawal form. The notification must clearly state that you are withdrawing from the contract.

 

7.2 Returns – General Conditions
The product must be returned in unchanged condition and properly packaged. The customer is responsible for the goods until they are received by Wall-it.

Returns should be sent using a traceable shipment. If damage or depreciation occurs due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and function of the goods, Wall-it reserves the right to deduct for depreciation.

 

7.3 Returns with Return Label Provided by Wall-it
Applies to customers residing in:
Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Ireland

Wall-it provides a prepaid return label.
The return shipping cost is deducted from the refund.
The customer must use the provided return label.
Returns sent using another shipping method will not be reimbursed.

 

7.4 Returns Where the Customer Arranges Return Shipping
Applies to customers residing in:
France, Spain and Italy

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and chooses the carrier.
No return fee is deducted from the refund.
The return is made at the customer’s risk until received by Wall-it.

 

7.5 Refunds
Refunds are made no later than 14 days from the day Wall-it receives the return, or from the day the customer provides proof that the goods have been returned.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Original shipping costs are not refunded.

 

7.6 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
– customized products
– products with a clear personal character

 

8. Complaints

If a product is defective, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

Always contact customer service before returning a product for instructions. In the event of an approved complaint, Wall-it covers the return shipping cost.

 

9. Extended Right of Return

Wall-it offers an extended right of return of 365 days for unused products upon presentation of proof of purchase. This is a voluntary benefit in addition to statutory rights.

The extended return does not apply to customized products.

 

10. Business Customers

For purchases made by business customers, the Swedish Sale of Goods Act applies. Returns and complaints are handled according to agreement or these terms, unless otherwise agreed.

 

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

For international customers, mandatory consumer protection rules in the customer’s home country apply in addition to Swedish law, in accordance with the EU Rome I Regulation.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

In the event of a dispute, you may contact your national consumer advisory service or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. Wall-it always strives to resolve disputes amicably.

PEG Solutions AB is the data controller. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and our privacy policy, available on the website.
